Emoticons:
	Click this icon to display a "Big Grin" while chatting. You may also type :D (colon and capitol d) for the same affect.
	Click this icon to display a "Smile" while chatting. You may also type :) (colon and right bracket) for the same affect.
	Click this icon to display "Sticking your tounge out" while chatting. You may also type :P (colon and capitol p) for the same affect.
	Click this icon to display "Cool" smiley face while chatting. You may also type B) (capitol b and right bracket) for the same affect.
	Click this icon to display "Wink" smiley face while chatting. You may also type ;) (semi-colon and right bracket) for the same affect.
	Click this icon to display "Mad" smiley face while chatting. You may also type >:( (right pointed bracket, colon and left bracket) for the same affect.
	Click this icon to display "Blushing" smiley face while chatting. You may also type :o (colon and lower case O) for the same affect.
Command Functions:
Note: Some of the following functions require room operator status. Names in the nickname list with @ in front of them have room operator status. Names with + in front of them have voice.
	Click this icon to give the selected nickname room operator status in the room. You must have room operator status for this to work.
	Click this icon to take room operator status from the selected nickname. You must have room operator status for this to work.
	Click this icon to give voice to the selected nickname. This is used mainly when the room is in +m moderated mode. When in moderated mode only chatters with +v or +o can be seen speaking in the room. You must have room operator status for this to work.
	Click this icon to take voice from the selected nickname. You must have room operator status for this to work.
	Click this icon to kick the selected nickname from the room. You must have room operator status for this to work.
	Click this icon to ban and kick the selected nickname from the room. The banned nickname may not join untill the ban expires. This occurs when the room becomes empty or 24 hours have passed. You must have room operator status for this to work.
	This will display "Whois" information on the selected nickname.
	This will change the room mode to Moderated. Only chatters with @ and + will be seen when speaking. Room operator status required to use.
	This will change the room mode to UnModerated. Anyone in the room may speak and be seen speaking. Room operator status required to use.
	This will change the room mode to invite only. Only users that have been invited to the room may join. Room operator status required to use.
	This will remove the invite only mode and allow any chatters to join. Room operator status required to use.
	This will set the room as secret. The room will not be listed on the server's room list. Room operator status required to use.
	This will remove secret mode and allow the room to be viewed on the server's room list. Room operator status required to use.
	This will display an input box that allows you to easily join a different room.
